Established in July 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 5 million, Kunming Oriental Universal VNU Exhibitions Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Oriental Universal Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd. and VNU Exhibitions Asia Ltd. under Jaarbeurs.
VNU, one of the company’s shareholders, is the subsidiary of Jaarbeurs in China, a UFI member, the level-I organizer (co-organizer) of Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industry Association (SCEIA). With four major business sectors covering agricultural food, construction city, future industry and beautiful lives, organizes nearly 40 top-class exhibitions and conventions at home and abroad annually with the total exhibition area exceeding 1 million sqm. The company has considerable influence and resource planning capability in China, and even in the world.
