"Never-ending South China Expo" officially opened for operation
On the morning of June 12, the "Never Ending South Expo" and China (Kunming) South Asia and Southeast Asia Imported Commodities Exhibition and Trade Center officially opened in Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. Zhang Guohua, Vice Governor of Yunnan Province, presided over the opening ceremony.
Chen Hao, Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Ruan Chengfa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, Wang Yubo, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Li Jiang, Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Cheng Lianyuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee, Liu Huiyan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary-General of the Provincial Party Committee , He Duan Qi, Executive Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, Cai Guanshen, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Chairman of Hong Kong Xinhua Group, and the heads of the consulate generals of Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and other countries in Kunming, as well as the South Asian Guests from Southeast Asian countries, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, heads of relevant provincial and municipal departments, and representatives of settled enterprises attended the opening ceremony.
The "Never Ending South Expo" is in the same vein as the China International Import Expo. For the first time, two major sections, the National Image Pavilion and the Featured Commodities Exchange Pavilion, are launched, both with an area of 10,000 square meters. Among them, the National Image Hall is in Hall 14, with 18 South Asian and Southeast Asian countries pavilions, and 16 countries have settled in; the Special Commodities Trading Hall is in Hall 15, with 7 major trading areas, and currently there are 20 South Asian and Southeast Asian countries. National representative chambers of commerce and brand enterprises settled in.
The "Never Ending South Expo" will adopt the integration of bonded commodity display and duty-paid commodity sales, online and offline parallel, and both wholesale and retail. Become a high-standard, high-quality and high-level exhibition and trading center, constantly amplify the effect of the exhibition, and strive to create a "Never Ending South Expo".
