  job description:

1. Responsible for cross-border e-commerce logistics, customs clearance, bonded warehousing, etc., and lead the team to provide comprehensive solution design and services;

2. Familiar with the overall planning, marketing, promotion, customer relationship management and other systematic operational work of e-commerce;

3. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store's daily revision planning, listing, promotion, sales, and after-sales service;

4. Familiar with the e-commerce operation process and transaction rules, pay attention to the release of relevant announcements and make timely response and countermeasures;

5. Responsible for collecting market and industry information, product analysis, and providing basis for the company to customize online sales products;

6. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce policies, and have experience in cross-border e-commerce/foreign trade;

  Job description:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of work experience, at least 3 years of project management experience, and a background in e-commerce and foreign trade;

2. Excellent leadership and management skills, strong professionalism and teamwork spirit, cheerful and easy-going personality;

3. Rich customer communication skills, strong demand analysis and design capabilities;

4. Good command of spoken and written English.
